Richard founded Resourcing Solutions in 1996, initially to service recently privatised sectors with contract and permanent recruitment solutions. His area of expertise firmly lies in providing 'high demand' candidates. Over the years the service offering has grown significantly where Resourcing Solutions has become a strategic recruitment partner to many large national and multi-national enterprises. Richard maintains an active operational involvement, and is adept at advising on winning the war for talent in high demand, low supply specialist areas. Before setting up Resourcing Solutions, Richard managed recruitment businesses operating in Construction, Civil Engineering, Utilities, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Sales & Marketing, having commenced his career in 1988.
Paul Donovan Business Development Manager
Paul is the Business Development Manager for Resourcing Solutions and has over 9 years experience in the recruitment industry predominantly in the Construction and Engineering sectors. Paul works closely with our clients to deliver a first class recruitment service through innovation and continuous improvement achieved through account implementation and management, including the creation and monitoring of service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Resourcing Solutions business development strategy is to add value to new and existing clients through a formalised bids and tenders process, activity and efficiencies monitoring and relationship management.
Mark Murphy Head of Contract
Mark is the Head of Contract for Resourcing Solutions having worked in recruitment for 13 years in the engineering and technical, infrastructure and rail sectors. Mark’s focus is to develop contract opportunities for Resourcing Solutions in both existing and new markets. Our increased growth in this area is dependant upon our understanding of the differences between the requirements and expectations of both our candidates and our clients in the busy contracting market. By focusing the efforts of our dedicated account teams and providing a “one stop shop” to our clients Resourcing Solutions are well placed to offer both contract and permanent staffing solutions with internal recruitment specialists in areas such as Commercial, HSQE, Planning and Project Management.
