In a recent survey undertaken across the entire Atkins Group, Resourcing Solutions have been named as their number one Specialist Recruiter and number two overall across all the Atkins Group disciplines. In their specialist niche sectors of Engineering, Construction and Energy, Resourcing Solutions consistently scored over 9 out of 10 and received over 50% of the vote against their nearest rivals who scored only 16%.

Client and Candidate Survey Results for 2009
A detailed survey taken across a total sample of 57 Clients and 194 Candidates during 2009 has confirmed the following rationale for naming Resourcing Solutions as their number one recruitment provider.
Clients
89% of our Clients say that the primary reason for using Resourcing Solutions is our Consultants understanding of the Industries and related disciplines in which we operate and the deep and expert knowledge we have.
82% of our Clients say that the secondary reason for using Resourcing Solutions is the strength of our Candidate database, our ability to connect and communicate with Candidates and our innovative Candidate attraction strategies.
46% of our Clients say that the third most important aspect of our service is the way we manage the application process and provide in depth interview briefings and instant feedback to both the Candidate and Client.
Candidates
60% of Permanent and 55% of Contract Candidates agree that the primary reason that they come to Resourcing Solutions when looking for new opportunities is the chance for them to work on high profile projects.
42% of Permanent Candidates have said that Flexible and Enhanced Benefits come as the secondary factor when job hunting, whereas 45% of Contract Candidates have said that the opportunity to work for an alternative employer was the secondary most important factor when job seeking.
