Best Companies 2008 - Sunday Times

 Resourcing Solutions were awarded coveted star status in the Best Companies Accreditation in 2006 and 2008. This is an annual reference guide for graduates and jobseekers, providing independent and unbiased information on some of the UK’s best workplaces.

Best Companies Accreditation acknowledges corporate excellence in the workplace, focusing on Workplace Engagement as an integral component of an organisation’s success and growth. The ‘Michelin style’, elite accreditation system recognises organisations with One Star, Two Star or Three Star status.

Of the 8,000 REC member recruitment companies throughout the UK who entered in 2008  Resourcing Solutions was one of only 33 companies to be awarded this accolade.


National Business Awards Finalist - National Business Awards 2008

Resourcing Solutions were selected as a regional finalist in the prestigious National Business Awards 2008.  Competing against 1,000 other entrants, we were short listed for the ultimate prize of ’City and Guilds Employer of the Year’.

The National Business Awards attracts entries from a wide variety of successful organisations from FTSE 250’s through to thriving entrepreneurial businesses. The leading cross-industry awards programme aims to acknowledge the highest performing companies who can best demonstrate stimulating and supportive workplaces.


Individual Members Awards - REC

Two of our consultants were short listed as finalists in the REC’s first ever awards celebrating the success of individual recruitment consultants. They were both nominated for the awards following their relentless commitment to over achieving targets, delivering new streams of revenue generation and building profitable relationships with existing clients.

The REC’s inaugural Individual Members Awards highlight the important contribution and professional excellence delivered by recruitment consultants in the UK. Every week 1.2 million temporary workers are placed on assignments by recruitment consultants and every year, over 700,000 individuals turn to the industry to find their next permanent job.
