Resourcing Solutions has held the Investor in People award since 2005. We place high importance on recruiting, training and developing both our own staff and our contract and temporary workers. This helps to ensure that we provide our clients with a huge and unique resource of highly skilled candidates.
Our Head of Talent heads up our dynamic Training Academy which starts on day one of employment and continues throughout the employees career at Resourcing Solutions. Induction is followed by a Modular Training Programme which is structured to cover the entire recruitment lifecycle in “bite sized” sessions allowing each element of the recruitment cycle to be absorbed and practiced before moving on to the next. This format is so successful we are now utilising this to infuse raw talent from other industries and via a white collar apprenticeship programme into the business.
A comprehensive menu of internal and external training courses and facilities provides each member of staff with a tailored development plan which in turn equips them with the necessary skill sets to progress their career to the next level.
Our training programmes are continually enhanced and innovated as per the changing needs of the industry, business and feedback from employees. All employees are actively encouraged to take up offers of external training and the opportunity to gain formal industry qualifications.
