Terms & Conditions

1. Any persons you refer must not be already registered with Resourcing Solutions Limited.
2. Any persons you refer must be placed within 12 months of you introducing their name to Resourcing Solutions.
3. For a referral to qualify you to receive a referral fee, the person referred must start work through Resourcing Solutions and complete a minimum of 3 continuous months in either permanent employment or on a contract assignment.
4. In order to qualify for the multiple referral fee for 2 and 3 completed referrals, all the people you have successfully referred must start work through Resourcing Solutions within 12 months. (i.e. 12 months from the first referred person starting work.)
5. After the successful referral placement of 3 people, a subsequent referral will be counted as the first referral of a new sequence. I.e. the fourth referral placement will earn £200, the fifth £500 (total) and the sixth £1,000 (total).
6. All vouchers will be subject to tax deductions at the appropriate rate by Resourcing Solutions Ltd before issue.
7. Resourcing Solutions Limited reserves the right to alter or withdraw this scheme without any requirement to inform participants.
