Resourcing Solutions is a recruitment consultancy established in 1996.
We employ 100 staff whose vision is based on engaging people to make a significant positive difference to our customers by finding exceptional talent for our clients and the best jobs for our candidates. We are a £50m turnover company. We find work and payroll approximately 750 contract & temporary workers at any one time, and place around 500 staff into new career opportunities each year.
What do we do?
We provide permanent, contract & temporary recruitment services to candidates and companies operating in infrastructure and the built environment. We specialise in hard-to-find skillsets across the broad spectrum of construction and engineering disciplines within our specialist sectors, which includes Rail, Power, Roads and Highways, Civil Engineering and the Built Environment.
Who do we recruit for?
We recruit for companies operating in infrastructure and the built environment. These range from multi £billion multi-national organisations to SME’s in public and the private sector, for infrastructure owners, consultancies, contracting and subcontracting companies.
What disciplines do we recruit?
We recruit for most pre- and post-contract project disciplines, from Programme & Project Management, Planning, Bids and Tenders, Estimating, Risk, Health & Safety, Design, Construction, Installation, Test & Commissioning to Operating and Maintaining.
Where do we recruit?
From our three UK hubs (Thames Valley; London & Home Counties; Midlands and Northern UK) we support companies with their projects throughout the world. Although our business is UK centric we support clients mobilise talent to where it is needed. Typically this would mean recruiting key skills for the Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
