At Resourcing Solutions we take our Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously within the heart of our own local community and nationally. We regularly raise and contribute funds to Breast Cancer Awareness, Feed the Children and support our local charity 'Daisy's Dream' donating in excess of £4,000 over the last 2 years. We also help local schools by collecting vouchers which provide new computer equipment, printing matter and writing materials.
Our staff have also helped to raise funds by particpating in world top marathons, to date 7 have been successfully completed, quiz evenings, dress down days and our company fools panel competition.
Daisy's Dream offers bereavement advice and support to young children, young people and their families throughout Berkshire and the surrounding areas.

Environmental Management
We pride ourselves on our understanding of environmental issues and the impact we as a company have on both our local and the global communities in which we operate. Our internal environmental forum are responsible for keeping informed of any environmental changes and to report back to the Board of Directors if there is a percieved liability or risk to the company.
We have set specific cost saving initiatives which are directly related to environmental performance for example our printing and stationery, where we have made a 20% cost reduction over the past 12 months. Our plan covers all aspects of environmental action which we can directly influence including power, paper, emissions, recycling and waste disposal.
As a service provider of resource our own facilities are strictly controlled in terms of carbon emissions and we encourage both our suppliers and clients to be like minded in our approach to environmental issues.
