I am a Project and Construction Manager with 30 years of experience in projects up to 340 million Euro and very interested in contributing my skills and knowledge to Russia.
My strength is the directly-on-site management of daily upcoming questions and problems in sense of the successful project result.
I offer many experience in handling large-scale projects in Europe and Africa, ranging from shopping centers, office and residential buildings, hotels, warehouse facilities to factories and government buildings.
My last major projects were a shopping and entertainment center in Nigeria for a leading german developer and construction company and a new manufacturing plant in Morocco for an international well-known textile company in the clients team.
Comprehensive skills in civil engineering and know how to coordinate the activities of developers, planners and builders are my offers,
my skills in organization, technical understanding and knowledge of budgets, costs, planning and quality control are also very well-developed.

As I am setteled in Russia,
I have been waiting for last months for these projects(Sochi) the vacancies to come up and work for such projects in Sochi.
At the same time working in British company for these projects will be much more interesting and exciting for me and will really play a big role in developing my professional level,as I am used to(like to!) work with British professionals.

I think this could be good chance for specialists working in Civil and building construction filed to make themselves busy and and not lose time in times of finanacial crisis when private financing has become cloudy…
