An international professional services company are seeking a talented Construction Manager for an offshore windfarm engineering project, to be considered you must have previous site construction experience of wind farms and logistical experience of the kit / equipment installation of the turbines (appreciation of the mechanical / electrical).

Initial studies have indicated that wind energy is viable on the main island of Mahe; four potential wind energy sites have been identified and the installation of 70 meter wind measurement masts, enabled a wind resource assessment and final siting of the wind farm. The first phase of the project is a 6 to 8 MW development utilising 750KW to 1MW class wind turbines at two sites in Port Victoria.
 

The paradise islands of the Seychelles are synonymous with holiday luxury and indulgence.  Beyond the potential as a holiday destination, the islands are also an offshore jurisdiction opening many career opportunities to working professionals considering relocation. A number of global companies have established themselves on the island to oversee the growing offshore industry.
