We have a number of opportunities for candidates with Metro and Tunnel Design experience to be part of the largest rail construction project in Europe.
Crossrail is set to change the face of London for years to come connecting Central London, Canary Wharf, the West End and Heathrow Airport to areas both east and west of the capital. It will bring 1.5 million people within a 60-minute commute of the city.
The project due for completion in 2017 and with a budget of £16bn will have a beneficial impact on the lives of people living in the capital by providing better access to for the 750,000 workers who already commute into London. It will provide strategic interchanges for local, national and international business and leisure travelers. The estimated benefit of Crossrail to the UK economy is estimated to be at least £36 billion.

Senior Metro Design Engineer — Ref: 36485
Working in a world leading engineering discipline supporting project dynamics and client’s expectations, you will be a key team member and project lead, focused on effective and reliable delivery
Principle Metro Design Engineer – Ref: 36486
As a key addition to the Metro Design team, you will be involved in the Project Management and leadership in disciplines including structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical engineering covering a range of project requirements from new build to modification, maintenance and refurbishment.
Principle Tunnel Designer—Ref: 36487
You will be responsible for the management of preliminary property protection (settlement) studies, Tunneling Methodology Reports, cost estimates, feasibility studies, construction methods and coordination with systems and station consultants.
Senior Tunnel Design Engineer—Ref: 36488
You will be involved on a range of national and international small to large projects that are industry and publicly high profile. Key responsibilities will include assisting senior colleagues in leading on Projects and coordinating other engineering disciplines including structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical engineers.

Thanks but my MSc degree is Transport Planning and Management, not civil engineering. I only have HNC in civils and they need better than that.
