The MENA Rail Projects conference has come to end and our CEO, Richard Lawrance delivered his keynote speech on resourcing talent for MENA Rail Projects.

Our new Talent Management Division, Resourcing International was also launched at this conference with Neil Webber, Business Development Director and Victoria Ricketts, International Recruitment Manager representing the business.

Richard Lawrance said “Resourcing International will tackle the need for talent and assist our clients in Talent Management Strategies, using our expertise to  proactively focus on the  “passive candidate” pools as this is often where the best talent lives.

Reflecting on his speech “it was great to be given the opportunity to speak to key stakeholders and influencers in the Middle East region and I hope that I have been able to spark some ideas for not only their talent attraction initiatives but also their talent management and retention strategies”.
