Are bosses right to condemn “useless” degrees?

A major business group has warned the job industry that millions of graduates are unemployable due to a lack of basic skills. The report released this week will send shockwaves across the industry as it was revealed that nearly half of the 2000 firms interviewed said they would be very nervous about hiring a recent school/university leaver.
