Government and BWEA Fluff their lines over Renewables Budget
April 23rd, 2009 by Barry PotierThe £5 Billion boost to the Renewable Energy sector announced by Alistair Darling in yesterdays budget is a far cry from the funding we really need especially as the Government themselves are only funding £1 Billion. However the BWEA have fallen over themselves to welcome the package of measures announced and Adam Bruce has widely praised the Government quoting that up to 60,000 new jobs could be created as a result.
