This is a superb opportunity for a high calibre Principal Civil Engineer (Water) to work for one of Europe's largest engineering consultancies based in South Wales.

Reporting to the Function Group Manager, the Principal Civil Engineer will coordinate work with multi-disciplinary teams and support design management of projects and bids. You will also develop innovative technical solutions and undertake technical reviews of relevant projects.

Other key duties include acting as mentor to less experienced team members and promote learning throughout the technical delivery team and acting as a leader in the promotion of, and compliance with, quality, safety and environmental systems.

To be successful, it is important that you hold a relevant engineering degree and ideally are a Chartered Engineer with membership of an appropriate professional institution. You must have significant experience in technical delivery of clean and wastewater treatment and network projects along with excellent communication and motivational skills. Experience of working in an engineering design consultancy and experience of working on design and construct projects is desired but not essential.
