This is a superb chance to work for one of the world's most respected and well known construction consultancies; they have an opportunity for a high calibre Business Development Manager.

In the role of Business Development Manager, you will lead business development initiatives and will work closely with the Managing Director and business leaders to strengthen the order book with particular focus from next year onwards.

To be successful in the role of Business Development Manager, you must have the tenacity, self motivation, ability and drive to succeed with a confident personality. You will also have a proven track record in delivering business opportunities for growth and profit against a background of excellent client care and a motivated workforce.

As well as having a demonstrable construction background and network of contacts, it will beneficial if you have experience in bidding for and securing government frameworks and are an accomplished negotiator with a proven track record in securing projects up to £60million.

If you also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, in particular demonstrating the ability to influence and negotiate successfully both internally and externally, have experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment/contract type environment we would like to talk to you
