A prestigious international engineering and construction consultancy have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Planner to be involved with a renowned Defence construction project. This role will be based in the Thames Valley.
This multi discipline organisation provides a range of services to the rail, energy, power and engineering industries and value themselves on their consistent record for safety, quality and industry integrity.
Role and Responsibilities
The Project Planner will need to progress programmes, monitor and report on project performance, highlighting deviations and risk, providing early warning.
A key responsibility will be to develop and incorporate critical path, resource and programme risk analysis into resource allocations and the monitoring and reporting of progress against programme of works.
The Project Planner will also develop and maintain a database to capture and identify work rate norms and trends, earned value and performance indicators.
Requirements
If you wish to be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum HNC in Construction, Mechanical or Production Engineering
* Previous life cycle planning background
* Primavera 6
* Design procurement and construction background
* Strong understanding of Earned Value
* SC or DV Clearance advantageous
