ES Consultants are a well established Executive Search Consultancy that specialises in the infrastructure and built environment markets.  Due to their continued success and promotion within the department, they are now looking to expand the team and are keen to speak to experienced Executive Search Recruiters or Senior Recruitment Consultants looking to progress their career within a Search environment.

Opportunities exist for those with experience in Executive Search recruitment but also for those that have recruited contingently at a senior level looking for a new challenge.  Dependent on experience the successful candidate or candidates will take responsibility for business development and/or the entire life cycle of the search project through to completion. 

Recruiting for UK and oversees the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage job orders for £80k+  and be able to confidently liaise with clients and candidates at director level.
