As a Consulting Expert you will source revenue earning opportunities within specialist sectors and directly deliver against the vacancy requirements.  Working closely with the Group Business Development Director you will create and operate a Business Development Plan, will build a strong candidate bank of specialist candidates and develop long term relationships with returning clients. 

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of recruitment experience in a 360 degree role, will be able to demonstrate their previous success in opening doors and closing deals, will be a natural networker and relationship builder and will be hungry to double their salary by way of the unrivalled commission structure!
