This successful Engineering Recruitment Consultancy based in Ruscombe, Twyford are currently expanding due to increased business levels and are looking to add two Resourcers to their current team.  Based in their busy Head Office in open plan offices the successful candidate will be a proficient web browser and have the ability to decipher engineering or technical information.

Working within a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Executives key duties will include:-

* Searching for suitable candidates via different sources including, job boards, social media and head hunting
* Conducting telephone qualification interviews
* Shortlisting the most suitable candidates and passing across to the managing Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a lively sales environment in a fantastic company supporting the consultants within the department.  This role would suit a keen web user with a good eye for detail looking for a career within recruitment or engineering.
