One of the leading engineering design consultancies and as a result in growth opportunities are looking for an Electrical/ICA Engineer with a broad-ranging background in the Water industry to join the team in Peterborough.

You must have a degree in a relevant discipline such as Electrical Engineering and will probably be working towards chartership with the IET or alternative appropriate body. To be considered you must be able to fulfil both of these requirements. You will be computer literate and able to work effectively work with the basic Microsoft suit of programmes as a minimum.

You will have good design experience within the Water Industry sector including in areas such as potable water production and distribution, waste water treatment and sludge treatment and pumping systems to name but a few. In addition some or all of the following would be expected:

* Experience of designing and working with LV electrical equipment (in addition HV experience is desirable)
* Experience of working with WIMES specifications will be beneficial

Design experience of LV electrical design, including MCCs, distribution boards, cable systems etc, HV systems including transformers, RMU, circuit breakers, Cable selection and sizing etc would all be expected
