Due to the successful award of new long term frameworks and major projects, a leading multi-disciplined engineering consultancy seeks to employ a Telecoms Design Engineer to work within their rail division.
If you have experience in designing telecoms systems within a rail, airports or transportations markets this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading brand that are rapidly expanding their Rail Systems Team based in the North West.
The Role
The key purpose of the role of Rail Telecoms Design Engineer is to develop a variety of designs for various SISS telecoms systems such as CCTV, CIS, PA and SMS. You will work on rail projects on mainline, underground and metro infrastructures.

Requirements
In order to be considered for the position of Rail Telecoms Design Engineer, applicants must demonstrate and possess the following:
Min or 1-2 years' experience working in design on products such as CCTV, Public Address and networking.
Experience of using CAD
Experience of working on either rail, airports or transportation projects in the UK
