Extremely prestigious UK rail engineering specialist is actively looking to recruit an experienced Trainer to join them in their Kent based training centre.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality training and managing ongoing assessments and coaching activities across the business.

The successful Trainer will ideally come from a technical training background within a large organisation. You will have the ability to identify and implement new and innovative methods for the delivery of training. You must have demonstrable success as a trainer coupled with the strength and motivation to adapt to change through exciting times.

Duties will include:
* Skills development
* Innovative approach to training
* Auditing and assessing training needs
* Designing, delivering and evaluating training

You will need to be able to engage learners at all levels and perhaps have delivered training in a rail environment.
