A leading support services and construction company with a within the Water and Waste Water industry are currently seeking experienced MEICA Site Agents to join their delivery team on various Water and Waste Water projects in the North East.

As the MEICA Site Agent you will be responsible for Safety, Quality and Enviromental Management on site.
You will produce Monthly progress and commercial reports relating to your project/s and hold regular progress meetings with the client.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the construction site complys with all Health and Safety and Enviromental Law. You will obtain permits to work from the client where nesscesary and supervise the site works.

To be considered for the role you will hold extensive experince in the Water Industry on non infrastructure projects carrying out Site Agent Role.

Ideally have experince of delivering D&B Pumping Station refurbishment projects - value Max £300K

Experience with early project envolvement is a key part to this role so we would be interested in hearing from people that hold experience in running MEICA Design Teams and running MEICA Procurement Project Teams as well as project delivery.

Qualifications required:

5 day CITB (SMSTS)/IOSH Managing Safely
5 day First Aid Certifcate
CSCS Site Manager Card

HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering as a minimum along with NEC 3 Experince.

These roles are contract positions with good durations for the right candidates.
