An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Cost Engineer to join a prestigious Civil Engineering organisation based in London working on one of the countries largest and most ambitious rail projects ever!

In the role of Cost Engineer, your responsibilities will include supervising cost estimating, analysis, and control activities along with supporting project organisational and administrative activities.  Other primary duties include identifying cost trends for management attention and responsibility for cost engineering, cost estimating, and cost analysis/control activities.

You must have previous experience and demonstrated skill in directing cost engineering functions, including estimating and cost control within a Civil Engineering environment.

You will definitely be degree qualified in an engineering discipline, with membership of a relevant institute and have experience of complex civil engineering and construction projects. Preference will be given to candidates who have an in-depth knowledge of the PRISM software package, and also experience of working on complex station regeneration projects.
