We are currently looking to recruit the services of an experienced Site Manager working on a contract basis based in London looking after Utilities installation and diversion works on a major Infrastructure scheme.

Reporting into the Project Construction Manager, you will oversee all construction activities and liaise with stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of works and compliance of construction activities with consents.

It is important that you come from a background in heavy civil schemes and should have a proven background in managing the construction of high value, multi utility packages of work and will be comfortable managing subcontractors as well as being well versed in site based Health and Safety processes and procedures.

You will also be expected to have up to date tickets relevant to Site Management within multi utilities projects.

The successful Site Manager will be rewarded with an attractive pay rate of circa £325 per day.
