One of the most exciting and interesting projects in the UK at the moment has a new chance for a talented Contract Administrator to join them in central London working on a major infrastructure scheme.

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for the development and implementation of a contract management Programme for the project consistent with the Standard Work Process Procedures and the Subcontract/Contract Management Manual. In addition, you will analyse the contract general terms and conditions to highlight areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts or deviations from the scope of work.

To be considered for the role of Contract Administrator, you will hold a degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management or Cost Engineering along with NEC contract experience and will come from a Cost/Estimating background.

It is important you have thorough knowledge of (sub)contract administration, and documents relating to a multi-discipline construction project and possess working knowledge of engineering/construction industry contracting practices, experience of dealing with large civil design packages.
