An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join a prestigious Project Management consultancy working on a variety of projects within the Health and Education arena.

In the role of Senior Cost Manager, your responsibilities will include client delivery across a variety of projects as well as contract support to the project manager ensuring compliancy, both pre and post contract procurement and planning.

You must have previous experience and demonstrated skill in directing cost engineering functions, including estimating, cost control and quantity surveying on major projects and schemes.

To be considered for this Senior Cost Manager role, you will be degree qualified, preferably MRICS Associated and have a background in Cost Management with a recognised consultancy.  Ideally you will have previous experience of health, education or science / pharmaceutical projects although similar sector experience will be considered.

A salary of £30,000K-£40,000 and benefits package will be offered to the successful applicant.
