Our client are one of the UK s largest power distributors who are working on a major infrastructure scheme presently taking place in the Capital. As part of this programme of work we are actively recruiting for an Asset Management Coordinator on a contract basis.

Job Purpose:
To co-ordinate and develop the electrical power and fixed plant engineering asset management plans and information. Provide a comprehensive electrical power and fixed plant asset report.

Principal Accountabilities:
* Provide asset analysis and reporting throughout the project
* Manage and control the definition and distribution of reports so that there is complete clarity and consistency and so that asset reporting is conducted efficiently and professionally
* Work closely with end users, other teams and functions
* Manage the specification criteria for electrical power and fixed plant engineering
* Provide a single point of contact for asset control
 * Collate any project issues and liaise with the team and end users

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Essential
* Relevant experience in the role of asset management
* Broad electrical and fixed plant engineering experience
* Good communication skills 
* PC literate with experience in the use of Windows packages (Word, Excel, etc)

Desirable
* Experience of railway computer systems, especially those dealing with asset related data.
* Asset related railway experience
* Knowledge of a wide range of reporting techniques e.g. tabular/graphical
