We have a superb opportunity for a Senior Train and Possessions Planner to join a leading Main Contractor who offers project management, design and construction expertise to infrastructure projects throughout the UK and Abroad. Our Client is currently involved in the upgrade of the UK Railway infrastructure and is looking for the right individual to lead their Possessions team based in London.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As Senior Train and Possessions Planner you will be reporting to the Project Manager and you will be required to: -

* Attend and represent the organisation at all Possession management Meetings
* Seek to successfully meet all requirements for Construction Possessions, Isolations and Accesses
* Ensure that the Possession Programme is produced accurately
* Effectively liaise with other Train Planners and Isolations Managers
* Conduct checks and audits to ensure all possessions and Train Plans comply with client standards and rule book

Requirements:

The successful Senior Train and Possessions Planner will need to have proven experience in a similar role including:-

* Knowledge of the Network Rail and LUL standards
* Experience with working on Major rail interface projects
* Good leadership skills
* Understanding of Possessions and Assessment database and related Tracking tools
* Experience with Train Planning
* Results driven and delivery focused
* Excellent communicator at all levels and possess good customer focus
