This large and well known construction main contractor currently have an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager to work in their Water Division.

As a Health and Safety Manager you will have significant health and safety management experience on large UK civil engineering programmes within the Utilities arena, specifically with water and gas clients. You will be responsible for the divisions health and safety staff in terms of development and motivation and allocation of workloads to maintain project performance.

Responsibilities will also include: 
Carrying out audits on all projects 
Detailed accident and incident investigations
Procedures review 
Client interaction

The successful Health and Safety Manager will hold a Diploma in Health and Safety, IOSH Environmental and be aware of quality procedures and should expect circa £40,000 - £45,000 plus company car or allowance, pension, bonus and 20 days holiday per annum.
