Resourcing Solutions International has been awarded the exclusive right to recruit for Qatar Rail for the Doha Metro project.

We are seeking applications from Project Control Managers from a heavy civil construction project and either a Construction or Project Management Company background.

Opportunities exist for Project Control Managers on all of the Doha Metro Lines.

To be considered you must have the following background:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a Chartered or Professional Engineer of a professional body
Project Management qualification;
15 years’ experience in a railway environment; with at least 10 years’ experience in the field of project controls management at a senior management level;
Experience in directing cost in engineering functions including cost estimation, control and analysis, and planning, scheduling functions including schedule development, control and analysis, in the field and the home office;
Expert in establishing criteria of Project Controls activities;
Expert level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction and commission work processes;
Knowledge of engineering and construction management acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience;
