One of the leading consultants within the built environment sector is looking to bring on a CDM Co-ordinator on a part -time basis (three-day working week) to work a range of energy and civil engineering projects in central Scotland. 

You will be expected to provide advice and support to the client and deliver CDM co-ordination services. You will attend client and design team meetings, undertake audits where relevant and assist in the writing of reports. Excellent client facing skills are essential, you will be confident and diplomatic in your approach and professionally presented.

To apply for this role you will ideally degree qualified or equivalent and GradIosh as a minimum. You will also be a Registered Member of the Association of Project Safety (RMAP) and have some utilities or civil engineering experience.You must be IT literate in all MS packages and have a full UK driving licence. Preference will also be shown to candidates who have additional health and safety skills and qualifications as this role will also involve the provision of guidance on health and safety related matters.

The successful CDM Co-ordinator will be rewarded with a competitive salary in the region of £35,000 - £40,000 (pro-rata) per annum with car/car allowance, healthcare, pension and assistance with training.

Please note that this is a part-time position based on a three day working week.
