Working with a global client at the forefront of their particular industry sector, we are looking to recruit the services of a Construction Site Manager on a contract basis, working from a site in Scotland on a 3 month contract.

Coming from a background of Project, Construction or Site Supervision in the Petrochemical environment the Construction Site Manager will ideally have some previous experience in Hydro Carbon plants or Cryogenics.

As Construction Site Manager, you will manage the full array of construction site activities and will be involved in progress monitoring and planning, ensuring the project is on schedule according to the overall master plan, and reviewing and approving permits to work and safety permits.

You'll also be responsible for construction site safety, and ensure all personnel (including subcontractors) have adequate safety training and comply with all HSE requirements, you will monitor contractors' work in order to ensure any accidents or incidents are investigated and reported appropriately, and that any changes to the scope of work are dealt with in a timely manner.

With a successful history of managing the full lifecycle of construction projects ranging from £100k - £3m, you will need to be a confident and effective communicator, able to manage a team of up to 20 individuals.
