We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer with the desire and motivation to take the next step in their technical and people management career within the UK Water industry. You may presently be a Senior Engineer looking for the step up or an existing Principal looking for a new challenge.

Based in Bristol, you will have an electrical design background, with experience in both clean and wastewater treatment and preferably be Chartered.

You will be managing a team of engineers who include mechanical, electrical and ICA engineers and be working on a wide variety of projects for a wide variety of clients in the water market. You will have clarity, vision and drive as to what you expect your team to achieve and will have the personality to motivate people to get the best from them.

You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the teams workload, within the financial and programme constraints of the project and will act as point of contact with the Project Managers and whilst working alongside the Operations Director and Technical Manager, provide leadership for the team.

The existing team is acknowledged as being excellent and you will maintain and build upon this reputation.
