If you are a Senior Estimator wanting to work for a leading UK Contractor who not only recognises your ambitions and expertise but continually seeks new ways to grow and develop your talent, then this could be the role for you!

As an experienced Senior Estimator you will have already worked for a Major Contractor on a portfolio of High Value Pre-Construction projects, ideally within the Healthcare or Education sectors.

The successful Senior Estimator will have experience in valuing multiple projects of £5 million upwards, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and plans and ensuring the Risk Register is applied and monitored.

Knowledge of the South East market would be a distinct advantage, as would knowledge of the IESE framework and pricing 2-stage.

In addition to the above, it is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising closely with other business units, Customers and Supply Chain members.
