We have a superb opportunity for an experienced Senior Piping Designer to join one of the world’s leading engineering consultancies who specialise in energy and petrochemical projects.

Based at the company HQ in Leatherhead, you will be responsible for the design development and issue of deliverables for a specific Area/ Unit of the plant facility that has been assigned.

You will initiate the development of all required discipline deliverables for the assigned area along with developing design for assigned area utilising project specific work methods and procedures, piping standards and specifications, design instruction ‘job notes’, P&IDs, and Supplier information.

You’ll interface directly with the Pipe Stress Engineer to ensure that line geometry requirements are incorporated including accommodation of pipe support requirements and consider requirements for access and maintenance to equipment/ valvery and instrumentation, including preliminary platform designs (reserve volumes) to be further developed by Structural Engineering.

The successful Senior Piping Designer must be degree qualified with relevant proven experience. You must have worked for EPC contractors on offshore design projects.

In return, you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package including a salary of between £45,000 – 60,000 and world-class benefits.
