Rail Personnel are currently working in joint venture with Resourcing Solutions  and  have an exceptional opportunity for a 3 UK-based Senior Programming Engineers experienced in Rail Industry to join Hong Kong's premier rail transit organisation. This is your chance to becoming part of a rapidly changing metropolitan landscape with Hong Kong undergoing a rail infrastructure revolution.

As Programming Engineer, you will be responsible for the preparation and development of detailed design, construction plans and programmes and tenders documentation for one of the 5 new projects. You will lead a team of Programming Engineers to assess tender submissions, review programmes and monitor porgress against programme milestones, as well wa formulate delay recovery actions as necessary.

You will also prepare regular progress reprots with analyses and recommendations to address programming issues to ensure timely project completion

To be considered, it is essential that you hold a degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline and
Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution with substantial experience in major construction
projects. You will also possess good knowledge of construction methodologies, planning and programming. You are also  fully conversant with programming techniques and have hands-on experience in the application of programming software, preferably Primavera P6.

The successful Programming Engineer will receive a world-class remuneration package including an exceptional salary along with benefits including relocation assistance. All interviews will be held in the UK and if required via video conference call with the end client.

Please note that the role is offered on a 2 year renewable contract.
