A proven multi-disciplinary consultancy has tasked us to identify a key individual for their office in the West Midlands. They have an opening for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team.

You will be an experienced, ideally chartered, electrical engineer who has a proven track record working across water and wastewater design within the UK with significant experience in the municipal water/wastewater industry in a client, contractor or consultant role.

You will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of the technical and financial elements of a project (including times, cost and quality) with main duties and responsibilities being to contribute to the management and design of water and waste water schemes for our local client base.

This will include working in multi-disciplinary teams of civil, mechanical, process and electrical/C and I engineers.

You will provide Electrical Discipline leadership to Project engineering teams, particularly whilst mentoring and guiding other team members and should be able to demonstrate skills in the following areas:

* Preparation or supervision of preparation of outline and detailed drawings for plant general arrangements, P and IDs
* Process instrumentation
* Motor control centres / panels
* Instrumentation, control & automation panels
* DSEAR & ATEX
* PLL / SCADA and Telemetry systems
* Experience in water/wastewater process plant design
