Our client is a large and well known UK Rail Company.  They currently have a contract opportunity for a Commercial Manager to provide analysis and insight, to aid the Senior Management team.

The successful Commercial Manager will be based from their project offices in Swindon undertaking assessments and valuations of contractor’s applications and processing payment certification.

You will be highly capable and experienced in influencing commercial behaviours and activities within a commercial department.

Your experience will mean you can challenge cost elements, Monitor activities on site and in the office, and also provide auditing duties if and when required.

Requirements for the Commercial Manager

You will have significant experience of commercially managing investment projects, and this will have previously been in a Rail and/or Construction environment.

A solid work history as a Commercial manager with management responsibilities, alongside excellent negotiation skills, will see your application progressed to the next stage.
