Finding great candidates in a candidate scarce marketplace has put Resourcing Solutions among the elite of local businesses in the Thames Valley for the fourth year running.

The team are celebrating being placed at 92nd position in the prestigious Thames Valley 250 list for the fourth year running, making them the top ranked permanent and contract recruitment business in the Thames Valley.

The list, which includes companies such as a F1 racing car manufacturer, Reading FC and a wine importer, is a celebration of the most successful businesses located in the Thames Valley, the most influential part of the UK economy outside of central London, and is compiled annually by The Business Magazine.

Resourcing Solutions, based in Twyford, was started in 1996 from a spare bedroom by their current CEO, Richard, and has grown to be one of the highly respected specialist recruitment businesses in their sector, working with some of the biggest names in infrastructure, power and the built environment. High profile clients and profitable growth is a result of attracting and retaining great staff.
