Building services/M&E

In building services and M&E, our specialist team supports clients throughout the full construction and refurbishment lifecycle. Key projects include ARLA Foods £150m super dairy development in Aylesbury, Beckton £146m sewage treatment upgrade; Bagshot £14m retail development as well as power substation upgrades at City Road, Beddington, Rowdown, Heysham and Willington.

Building services and M&E roles we have supported include Electricians, Pipefitters, Plumbers, Mechanical Fitters, Coded Welders, Fabricators, HVAC Engineers, Electrical Testers and Improvers.

Buildings (private sector)

We have developed partnerships with key building projects in the private sector including Oxford’s Westgate shopping centre, London’s Leicester Square retained façade redevelopment, Dover Street Market, Manchester Media Centre, BBC White City Media City, and several retail units in Glasgow.

Private sector building roles include Project Management, Design, Site Management and Supervision, Site Engineering, M&E Trades, and Civils Trades and Labour.

Buildings (public sector)

We also support building projects in the public sector. Key projects include the Wilton ‘energy from waste’ facility, the Beckton sewage treatment upgrade, St Thomas hospital improvements and the new facilities at AWE Burghfield.

Public sector building roles we resource include Project Management, Design, Site Management and Supervision, Site Engineering, M&E Trades, Steel Erectors, Coded Welders, and Civils Trades and Labour.

Civil engineering

We support the booming civil engineering sector, finding the right candidates for key projects including Thames Tideway, Crossrail and Virgin Media Construction Services.

Roles within civil engineering that we resource are wide ranging, and include Site Managers, Site Engineering, Setting Out Engineers, Skilled Ground Workers plus NRSWA, Street Works Operatives, Deep Drainage Specialists, CPCS Plant Operatives including Telehandlers, 360 Operatives and Dumper Drivers, kerbing, pipe laying, paving and all trades including steel erection, fixing, shuttering and carpentry.

Structural engineering/bridges/tunnels

We have a dedicated steel construction and fabrication team that support the whole project life cycle from design and manufacturing through to installation. Key projects that Resourcing Solutions have supported from a structural engineering perspective include Crossrail’s £1bn redevelopment of Tottenham Court Road, the Wilton ‘energy from waste’ new build plant on Teeside and Hinckley Point C power station.

Structural engineering roles we have supported include Project Managers, Structural Engineers, Site Managers, Site Engineering, Setting Out Engineers, Skilled Ground Workers, Steel Erectors, Architectural Site Fitters, Platers, Welders, Appointed Person and Crane Supervisors.
