Rail Telecoms Construction Manager
London/South East Based

As a construction management professional you will preferably possess a strong working knowledge of delivering projects within a Railway Telecommunications environment. Other disciplines such as E&P or signalling may be considered, however must still understand how those systems interconnect with operational line side telecommunications equipment and cabling. Projects will be based mainly in London and the South East but you may have responsibility for more than one project at any given time. You will be responsible for planning works, ordering and allocating resource and materials as required, producing project documentation and reporting, ensuring a health and safety culture is promoted and maintained on sites, as well as liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure meeting of programme requirements.

Essential:
Construction Management experience in a Railway Telecoms (preferred), Signalling or E&P background
Ideally Have a background in fibre and copper networks, SPTs, FTN, FTNx, concentrators & transmission systems within a railway environment
Must Sentinel PTS, ideally COSS/SWL & SMSTS or equivalent
Strong Documentation skills, such as producing WPPs and Task Briefs and other Site related Documentation
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel & Word
