We operate a 24 hour on call management service for all our contract workers and clients

Our OCM (on call manager) proactively ensures that all contractors are contacted prior to their shift start time, establishing where they are and when they will be on site. The OCM then follows up with a call to the relevant supervisor to formally ‘check-in’ all contractors and update them on any who are still on their way to the site.

Equally, our OCM deals with all labour management issues, leaving the site supervisor to focus on their own on-site priorities.

Contractors can:

  • Speak to someone if you are going to be late or unable to turn up to site
  • Report ‘near misses’ and ‘close calls’
  • Report an accident or incident
  • Seek advice on health and safety issues

Clients can:

  • Report ‘no shows’
  • Authorise exceedance of planned working hours
  • Report ‘near misses’ and ‘close calls’
  • Report a missing person
  • Report an accident or incident
  • Request a ‘for cause’ drug and alcohol screening
  • Seek advice on health and safety issues
