Resourcing Solutions Limited (RSL) shall be taken to include all of their associated divisions and sectors.

RSL is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy & Electronic Communications Regulations 2003. RSL will collect, use and disseminate the personal information you provide to us only in accordance with our privacy policy. If RSL transfers your personal information to authorised third parties (see section - Disclosure of your information to others below), RSL will ensure that the recipient is bound by the same legislation as the UK.

By accessing the website and registering your information or by sending in your CV or registration pack to RSL, you are deemed to have consented to RSL collecting and processing personal information in the manner as set out in this privacy policy.

Information collection and use

RSL is the sole owner of the information either sent directly to us, or collected on the website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways that differ from that disclosed in this privacy policy.

Disclosure of your information to others

Your information will be used for internal use only, and we will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as set forth in the following points:

1. We may disclose such information to companies and individuals we employ to perform functions on our behalf. These individuals will have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but they may not share that information with any other third party

2. We may disclose such information if legally required do so to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect the rights or property of RSL.

The accuracy of your registration information

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to RSL, including your CV, is accurate, complete and your own. RSL is entitled, forthwith and without notice, to remove from the website or internal computer system any such information found to be false, inaccurate, incomplete or not your own.

Sensitive personal data

We will collect and process sensitive personal data only so far as is necessary to ensure we conform with legal requirements, such as equal opportunities laws. By registering your details with us, you consent to us collecting and processing any sensitive personal data supplied by you such as details of trade union membership, religious affiliations and medical information.

Keeping your registration information up to date

If you update your information, either by the website or directly to RSL, the new information will replace the old information that you have previously submitted and we have stored on RSL internal computer system. We would appreciate it if you would update your registration details and CV whenever your details change. We are reliant on you supplying us with a factually accurate and a complete picture of you, your experience and requirements at all times.

Data Protection Act (1998)

Information collected from the website or sent directly to RSL will be stored on our internal computer systems. This information will be used to create a record detailing, but not exhaustive to, your name contact details, work history, education and training. All CVs, registration packs, copies of training/competences and information on eligibility to work in the UK will be stored on our systems. RSL may add, at any time to their internal computer systems, written information taken from verbal conversations directly from you. This information will only be added if it is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist you during the recruitment process.

We will send your CV to organisations with vacancies for which you may be appropriate but only with your expressed consent. However, RSL may send a profile of your skills and experience to organisations selected by RSL. The profile would be created from your CV and other written or verbal information you have provided, but would not have any identifying information about you such as your name or contact details. RSL understands that if you have a rare skill, it may be possible to identify you even without the identifying information mentioned above.

Accessing the information that RSL collects

You have the right to request a copy of the information held by RSL about you in its records in return for the payment of Ten Pounds (£10). If the data RSL has is inaccurate, you may have such data corrected or erased. All requests for copies of information should be sent to the database manager at compliance@resourcing-solutions.com

Retention

RSL will hold your information for no longer than 12 months after any contact, from you to RSL or RSL to you was last made. After this time you will receive a communication to give you the option for RSL to hold your information by opting in or out. All work history and any information as required by legislation or certified bodies will be held in archive with all contact details omitted after this time if you opt out.

Security

RSL takes every precaution to protect your information. Access to your personal information, is restricted within RSL. Only employees who require information to perform a specific job may be granted access to this information. The servers on which RSL store personally identifiable information is kept within a secure environment.

Changes to privacy policy

If RSL decides to change its privacy policy, we will post these changes on our website so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and to whom we will disclose it to.
